Saturday mornings
7:30am start

Please wear hat and sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Canteen is open and sells snow cones, cold drinks, hot food and snacks.

training days

Tuesday afternoon FREE coaching session is 5:00-6:00pm at St Mary's oval.

wet weather

Competition cancellations will be sent by SMS. Updates for training session cancellations are made on Facebook.
